Inside Sales Agent
This is an amazing opportunity to work as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with the KDM Real Estate Team. This role will assist with driving business growth by generating leads through cold calling, sponsorship outreach, and follow-up activities. The ISA will be responsible for conducting cold calls to potential sellers for flips, multi-family, and commercial properties, as well as circle prospecting around listings. In addition, the role will involve researching and reaching out to potential sponsors for events and managing communications through our CRM system. The position is primarily remote, offering a flexible schedule with performance-based incentives. Experience in real estate, cold calling, or sales is preferred but not required.
Marketing Intern
This is an amazing opportunity to work in Sales with the KDM Real Estate Team. This role will assist with developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns. The Marketing Intern role primarily provides support with marketing initiatives such as events, social media planning, marketing implementation, and marketing planning. Some design and content creation may be required. Collaboration with our social media team on social media strategy for a real estate business. The position is 50% remote with 50% in-person work. Some graphic design or video editing skills are preferred, but not required.
