Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate and Sponsorship Outreach

    Hours: Part-time (15 hours per week)

    About Us:
    We are a dynamic real estate and wellness company looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. Our business spans across real estate (transactions, flips, commercial, and multi-family properties) and wellness retreats/events. We’re looking for someone who excels in cold calling, appointment setting, and sponsorship outreach, with an eye for detail and a passion for results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cold Calling (10 hours/week):

      • Reach out to potential sellers for wholesale/flips (100 calls/week).

      • Conduct circle prospecting around new listings (100 calls/week).

      • Cold call for multi-family and commercial property opportunities (50).

    • Sponsorship Outreach (5 hours/week):

      • Research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities for events.

      • Conduct outreach via email and phone to secure sponsorships for events (10-20/week).

    • Follow-Up & CRM Management:

      • Track all outreach efforts in our CRM system.

      • Schedule and set appointments with qualified leads.

      • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement.

    Performance Goals

    • Appointment Setting: Set 3 appointments per week

    Training & Support:

    • 5-day comprehensive training program provided.

    • Ongoing call script guidance and support.

    • All calls recorded for quality and training purposes.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills with a proven track record in cold calling or telemarketing.

    • Experience in real estate is preferred, but not required.

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage and track outreach in a CRM system.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals and deadlines.

    • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent in follow-ups.

    • Excellent email research and outreach skills.
