Executive Assistant

This position is flexible in nature as it is designed to assist an executive with changing tasks and duties. Below are some of the tasks required in this position: 

  • Create schedule for property showings 

  • Manage executive calendar 

  • Coordinate with transaction coordinator and listing assistant on behalf of executive  

  • Provide market research to executive 

  • Schedule personal appointments for executive 

  • Occasionally run errands related to events and properties

  • Take and route incoming calls for listings 

  • Cold Calling 

  • Coordinate with social media department and video editor for content 

  • Transaction Management 

  • Email Management 


Qualifications: 

1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant

Some college preferred 

Knowledge of Google Suite 

1 year of Customer service experience required 

Must have computer

Must have cellphone 

Must have access to wifi 

Compensation: $12/hr and Mileage reimbursement
